About Our Extensions
Raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair that is collected from one donor. All cuticles are intact and aligned in one direction. Each bundle is unique which means no two bundles look exactly the same.
Our hair can last 3-4 years with proper care but it is determined by how well the hair is taken care of. Please remember that excessive heat and/or color can result in the reduction of its natural pattern of the hair.
Our raw hair is 100% human hair which means you will need to care for it as if it were your own real hair. Shampoo & condition your hair at least every two weeks with good quality products. For best results, avoid using oil or heavy styling products. Once your hair is washed, we recommend letting it air dry or use the lowest setting on your hair dryer.
Shipping and Returns Policy
Once your order is placed, please allow 5-7 business days before your order is shipped. Shipping is within 1-3 business days after processing time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.
