Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, and Dime Hair Co. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incompleteย shipping or billing information.

Once the carrier receives your package, we are not responsible for any delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged items. If such an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
