Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Policy 

Once your order has been placed, please allow 5–7 business days for processing and shipping.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping and billing information is entered correctly at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers if applicable. Dime Hair Co. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Carrier Responsibility

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Dime Hair Co. is not responsible for any delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If an issue occurs during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Delivery Confirmation

A signature is required for all shipments and cannot be waived. This policy helps ensure that your order is securely delivered to you.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please contact UPS directly to arrange for your package to be held at a nearby facility for pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality raw hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will only be accepted if an error occurred on our behalf.
