Shipping Policy
Once your order is placed, please allow 5-7 business days before your order is shipped. Shipping is within 1-3 business days after processing time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses are the primary cause of shipment delays. Please verify that you have provided accurate and complete delivery information, including apartment numbers or other relevant details. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, so accuracy is essential. We will not be held liable for any delays due to incorrect shipping & billing addresses.
Once the carrier receives the package, Dime Hair Co. will not be held responsible for any delayed packages, lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Delivery Confirmation
A signature is required for all shipments. Signatures cannot be waived. If you are unavailable at delivery, please contact UPS to arrange for the package to be held at a nearby facility.
Returns/Exchanges
We are committed to providing you with the highest quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. This policy is in place because we stand firmly behind the quality and integrity of our products.
