Raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair that is collected from one donor. All cuticles are intact and aligned in one direction. Each bundle is unique which means no two bundles look exactly the same. Since these bundles are sourced from individual donors, slight color variations may occur.

Yes! Our raw hair can lift to as high as 613. Be sure to use high-quality products and heat protectants to maintain its quality.

There is no expiration date on our raw hair. You determine how long your hair will last by the way you care for your hair. Keep in mind that excessive heat and coloring will minimize the natural state of the hair.

Our raw hair is 100% human hair which means you will need to care for it as if it were your own real hair. Shampoo & condition your hair at least every two weeks with good quality products. For best results, avoid using oil or heavy styling products. Once your hair is washed, we recommend letting it air dry or use the lowest setting on your hair dryer.

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days after you have placed your order. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Shipping is within 1-3 business days AFTER processing time.
